What time are check in and check out?

Check-in is from 2.00 pm, check-out by 10.00 am.
If you wish to take advantage of the last day of stay in our hotel for an excursion, you can leave your luggage in custody with us.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard, Bancomat.

When can I arrive by?

The room is available from 2.00 pm until 6.00 pm for the reserved rooms.
In case of arrivals after 6.00 pm, please advise.

What are the cancellation terms?

No charge will be made for cancellations received no later than 30 days before the arrival date. After this term the deposit paid is retained or in the absence of a deposit one night is charged as a penalty. In case of missed / delayed arrival and / or early departure, one night will be charged as a penalty.

Do you offer Internet connection?

Yes, we offer fast and free Wi-Fi connection in the common areas.

What time are lunch and dinner served?

Lunch with a choice of first courses, appetizers and salads is served from 12.00 to 1.30 pm in the garden. Dinner with a large buffet of appetizers and vegetables and a choice of menus is served in the restaurant on the 4th floor from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm. Homemade desserts and ice cream.

Do you offer celiac services?

Yes, our restaurant offers the possibility, on request, to prepare gluten-free dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Where can I park my car?

Playa Blanca is one of the few hotels in Duna Verde of Caorle with private and free parking, reserved for all its guests.

Do you accept animals?

Yes, we accept small pets on request.
